The purpose of the establishment of Victorian Neuro & Orthopaedic Rehab Services (VCNORS) is to provide state of the art rehabilitation services in collaboration with various specialists and allied health staff to provide an individually tailored rehabilitation program under our medical supervision with one single unique concept at multiple locations.
Dr Vaidya Bala is the founder of VCNORS and is a Consultant Physician in Rehabilitation medicine. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, fellow of the European Stroke Organisation 2017 and an Associate Fellow with the Australian College of Health Service Management.
Dr Bala is accredited with the American College of Disability Medicine and American Board of Independent Medical Examiners to provide medical/legal reports and conduct independent medical examination and a member of the Australian Pain Society.
